I have used Marvel Grading & Paving for multiple driveway paving projects including a large 10,000+ sq ft complete demolition and new paving project. Along with high quality on the initial job, the most impressive thing is that the owner stands by the company's work. They have returned a few times to do minor repairs and seasonal sealing at no extra charge! You don't get that kind of service too much anymore.

I've had Richard and Marvel up to our place to do work multiple times. There's a reason why! He started by repaving my badly degraded circular driveway when I bought the place, several years ago. It was very professional and still looks great! Since then, he's come twice and seal coated the asphalt, repaired and seal coated a quarter mile of our private road leading to our house and repaired several deficiencies we had. Only one time did I use another person to seal coat our driveway - and it was a disaster. I had to wait four years for the inferior product to peel off before I brought Marvel up again to do it on a more permanent basis. Can't say enough good about these guys. They even clean everything up and leave it spotless. Quality work. Most of our neighbors now use his services as well.

On March 5th this year, Richard with Marvel Paving did a great job patching and resealing our 1062 ft. Shared private drive off of Guerneville Road that had major damage with pot holes and loose paving. He had to dig out approximately 500 sq feet of broken asphalt area And Patch in holes using hot mix asphalt, then compact new asphalt to completion. Then he applied an over coat plus sealer to all of it. All in one and a half days. It is a challenging location which goes from flat and straight to curving uphill steeply. He was fast and efficient getting the work done with a small crew and the necessary equipment. The rain comes down hard in the winter and he artfully made a gutter along the side to give the rain a path so it won’t undermine the new paving. The cleanup was also thorough. I highly recommend this great local business.
